I bought a top from Woodhouse paid next day delivery
It came four days late
So I sent it back Woodhouse said they had sent a return to sender evri said they hadent
Evri have admitted they can’t get in touch with the courier after three attempts
And it’s there fault they lost the parcel
I have sent a denial form signed back to Woodhouse but evri say they have not investigated this and Woodhouse say I have to pay do not buy from them as they use evri

Bought a belt from Woodhouse which was faulty. Contacted customer service, who asked to see pictures of the belt which had come apart. Then the representative asked me to return the item and there MAY be a refund but that couldn't be guaranteed. In the end I didn't bother and haven't shopped with them since.

I can’t say anything but good about this company. Have ordered a lot of clothes off different firms e.g flannels,selfridges etc but Woodhouse by far beats them all.Just so quick from order to delivery without excessive postal charges. When I have sent stuff back been refunded very quickly. Great range of clothes and mostly unbeatable prices plus extra discounts to be had.Just a very good all round experience.Keep up the good work Woodhouse.

I purchased a pair of trainers for a Christmas present at the end of November. The trainers were not suitable so wanted to return them. I contacted customer service to be told I was to late as they had to be returned by 8th January. I explained the situation that due to current restrictions I was unable to get them any sooner and was told sorry that's our policy. Every other online shop I have used give you until the end of January to return Christmas gifts. Will not be ordering from Woodhouse again.

Prices on website are fair. Items purchased were as pictured, well packaged and arrived in good time.

I placed an order tonight for checkout screen not to process and refreshing to prompt me to pay again when it actually took my money! I have not had any confirmation emails, I tried making an account to see if the order would appear but it didnt. This is my first time ordering with you and this kind of this happens?

absolute scoundrels sent a item back the very next day and they emailed me saying i sent back without tags which is complete liesi have no idea why they would do this but i know for certain the tags are not in my house.be extra careful and take photos of tags on the clothes, who knows what they do in their warehouse
